Dining Area. Fully carpeted and adjacent to the kitchen.

Main hall has a carpeted lounge area and open area for activities.

Bedrooms. Two rooms each containing 1 bunkbed open off the main hall with access directly to the rear access ramp for those with disabilities.

Shower/toilet room for those with disabilities.

Annex

Annex which is centrally heated sleeps 3 in 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed

First floor

Room One - sleeping 2 in a bunkbed

Room Two - sleeping 6 in bunkbeds

Room Three - sleeping 8 in bunkbeds

Separate toilet

Shower room with 2 showers, 2 wash basins and toilet.
