Completed forms to be returned one month prior to meeting dates. Trustees meet 4 times a year in March, June, September and December.

Please ensure when posting the application that the correct postage is used. A large stamp is needed if the application is in an A4 envelope.
Unfortunately due to mounting costs the application form will not be collected from the Post office sorting office if an underpayment is made.
